At Octohoodie, we know you are excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and cleared.

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing first. Orders are packed and dispatched on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During launch periods, promotional campaigns or busy seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping fee

We charge a flat nationwide courier fee of R99 for deliveries within South Africa via Aramex to your door unless otherwise specified.

Estimated delivery time

Please allow up to 10-14 working days from payment confirmation for your order to arrive. We make to order to ensure you have EXACTLY what you want!

In many cases, your parcel may arrive sooner, but delivery timelines can vary depending on your area and courier capacity.

Outlying areas

Outlying or remote areas may take a little longer to reach.

If an additional courier charge applies to your area, we will contact you before your order is dispatched.

Tracking

Once your parcel has been collected by our courier partner, tracking information will be sent to you where available.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Delivery information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

We cannot take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Although we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, public holidays, severe weather, or high order volumes.

We appreciate your patience and will communicate with you as clearly as possible should any delays arise.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within South Africa. We are able to deliver out of country if discussed and agreed.
