However:

  • colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device

  • product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final product

  • sizing should always be checked against the relevant sizing chart before purchase

Octohoodie reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the website at any time, including after an order has been placed.

4. Sizing and customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking the sizing chart, reading the product description carefully, and selecting the correct size and colour before placing an order.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products subject to these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • cancel an order if a product is unavailable

  • cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing or product description error

  • limit quantities purchased

  • request additional information before processing an order

If we cannot fulfil your order, or part of it, we will notify you and arrange a refund where applicable.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The total amount payable will be reflected at checkout and may include product price, delivery charges and any other applicable fees.

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to use third-party payment service providers to process payments securely.

7. Delivery and shipping

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated on our website and in our Shipping Policy. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering.

Octohoodie will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information, courier delays, remote locations, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

As customers select their own size and colour when placing an order, customers are responsible for checking the sizing chart and order details before completing their purchase.

Refunds are not offered for incorrect size or colour selections made by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.

9. Consumer rights

Where applicable in law, consumers may have certain cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights.

These rights will apply in accordance with applicable South African law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or unlawfully limit those rights.

All products are offered subject to availability.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and may offer:

  • a refund

  • an alternative product, if appropriate

  • a partial fulfilment, if agreed by you

11. Promotions, discount codes and special offers

From time to time, Octohoodie may run promotional offers, discount codes or special campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions are valid only for the period specified

  • promotions cannot be applied retrospectively

  • only one discount code may be used per order

  • promotions are subject to stock availability

  • we reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion at any time

12. Gift cards

If Octohoodie offers gift cards, they may be used only in accordance with the terms applicable to that gift card.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and may not be refundable except where required by law.
